On the following conditions, a temporary Certificate of Occupancy may be granted by the Building Inspector only during the months of December through May when weather conditions have caused a delay in completion of the project:
(a) The requirements of Section 1309.02(a) of the Building Department have been met;
(b) The requirements of Section 1309.02(e) of the Hamilton and Madison Township Fire Departments have been met;
(c) The requirements of Section 1309.02(b), (c), (d) and (e) that have not been met may be delayed for valid reasons by the Building Department without endangering the health and safety of any resident of the Village.
At the time of the issuance of a temporary certificate, the time of complete compliance with the requirements for an occupancy permit shall be stated on the temporary Certificate of Occupancy. Failure to obtain a Final Occupancy Permit within six months of issuance of the temporary Certificate of Occupancy may result in the refusal of future building permits.
