Upon presentation of proper credentials, the Building Inspector or his duly authorized representative may enter at reasonable times any building, structure or premises in the Village to perform any duty imposed on him by the Mayor or Council of the Village of Obetz. No person shall in any way obstruct, hinder, delay or otherwise interfere with the Inspector or his duly authorized representative in such an entrance. (Ord. 36-03. Passed 5-19-03.)
