There is established the position of Deputy Building Inspector who shall be under the jurisdiction of the Building Inspector in the Division of Building Regulation and shall be accepted by the State of Ohio as a Class III trainee per State of Ohio requirement. All trainees must become certified within three years from issuance of trainee license or shall be classified as a Class III Inspector by the State of Ohio.
