1187.01 INTENT.

The purpose of the commercial design standards is to improve the quality of life and promote a positive visual image. It is further the purpose of these standards to promote safety, encourage quality, orderly development and promote the goals of the Village of Obetz and the Southside Area Plan. (Ord. 65-03.
