1183.07 COMPLAINTS.

Whenever a violation of this Zoning Code occurs, or is alleged to have occurred, any person may file a written complaint with the Zoning Inspector. Such complaint should state in full the causes and basis thereof. The Zoning Inspector shall record said complaint, immediately investigate the allegations, and take appropriate action as provided by this Zoning Code.
