The Old Town Residential District (R-3) is provided for the oldest residential neighborhood in Obetz, which contains a variety of homesites comprised of various configurations based on original platted lots which fail to meet the current development approaches. The R-3 District is intended to protect and preserve the existing neighborhood and encourage reinvestment by providing uniform and flexible development standards.
