(a) Pre-construction Meeting Required. Prior to the construction of improvements, a pre-construction meeting will be required between the developer and/or designated representative(s) and the Municipal Engineer, Water and Wastewater Superintendents, and the Zoning Inspector. The purpose of this meeting is to review the construction schedule and related details, as well as the inspection process.
(b) Construction Inspection Process. Following completion of improvements, the Municipality’s designated construction inspector will review the project and, if necessary, prepare a detailed list of items which are not in compliance with Municipal standards. Municipal officials will review this detailed list and determine which items, if any, must be addressed prior to the Municipality accepting any building permit applications. All items on the detailed list must be addressed prior to the Municipality accepting the improvements.
