Street lighting shall be required and shall be designed, selected and installed by the subdivider following the recommendations of the current Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) Handbook. Illumination provided shall be uniform and compatible with adjacent light sources. Energy efficient lamps, controlled by dusk-to-dawn photocells, are required unless otherwise directed by the Municipal Engineer. Selection of fixtures shall be approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Cobra head lighting is prohibited.
