Electric service, gas mains, street lighting, telephone service, and CATV service shall be provided within each subdivision. Whenever such facilities are reasonably accessible and available, they may be required to be installed within the area prior to the approval of the final plat. Telephone, electric power, street lighting and CATV wires, conduits or cables shall be required to be constructed underground. All electric, gas, street lighting, telephone, CATV installations shall be subject to the approval of the Municipal Engineer.
