The subdivider shall design and construct improvements not less than the standards outlined in these regulations. The work shall be done under Municipal inspection and shall be completed within the time fixed or agreed upon by the Municipal Engineer. Inspection costs shall be borne entirely by the subdivider according to the Municipal fee schedule. Materials shall meet the requirements and shall be in accordance with the standards of the current volume of “Construction and Material Specifications” of the Ohio Department of Transportation and the “Standard Construction Drawings of Obetz.”
