1115.01 GUARANTEE FOR INSTALLATION OF IMPROVEMENTS.

All improvements required herein shall be constructed prior to the granting of the final plat approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission; or the subdivider shall furnish the Municipality with cash or a performance bond for the amount of the estimated cost, as approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission, of the ultimate installation of the improvements.
