1113.15 DEVELOPMENT ALONG RAILROAD LINES AND LIMITED ACCESS HIGHWAYS.
    Industrial, commercial and/or residential building sites along railroads and limited access highways shall be of sufficient size to ensure suitable depth for such building development and uses. Streets or roads serving such development along railroads and limited access highways shall be so located as to not interfere with possible future construction of grade crossing or grade separation bridges of perpendicular streets. In residential developments a buffer strip at least twenty-five feet in depth in addition to the normal lot required shall be provided along railroads and limited access highways. This strip shall be designated for screening only and suitable plantings must be provided.
