(a) The street or road right-of-way widths and pavement shall not be less than the following:

(b) Where there are unusual topographical or other physical conditions, the Planning and Zoning Commission or Municipal Engineer may require greater widths for rights of way and pavements for local streets.
(c) “Low, medium and high density residential districts” refer to SR, R-1, R-2, R-3, and R-12 as zoning districts, respectively, as defined in the Municipal Zoning Ordinance. Non residential, as used in the section, refers to all other districts in such Zoning Ordinance.
