This Chapter shall be applicable throughout the Municipal planning jurisdiction. The Municipality's planning jurisdiction comprises the area within the corporate boundaries of the Municipality of Obetz, Ohio and to all subdivisions, which are subject to extraterritorial jurisdiction, which the Municipality may choose to exercise under the provision of Section 711.09, Ohio Revised Code.
The provisions of these Subdivision Regulations were adopted by Ordinance 91-02 and became effective on October 21, 2002.
