373.10 SIDEWALK RIDING IN BUSINESS DISTRICTS PROHIBITED.

No person shall ride a bicycle, skateboard or any other toy vehicle upon the sidewalks of the City in the business districts. No person, other than a law enforcement official in the course of his or her official duties, shall ride or operate a two- or three-wheeled electric personal assistive mobility device on the sidewalks in the business districts.
