1147.03 RECORDS OF COMMISSION.

All of the proceedings of the Housing Renewal Commission shall be recorded by the secretary. The Housing Renewal Commission shall also keep a record, arranged alphabetically, of all persons holding license certificates. All records of the Housing Renewal Commission shall be kept in the City Manager's office and shall be open for public inspection at all times.
