1127.17 EMPLOYING UNLICENSED PLUMBERS.
   No person shall permit any unlicensed plumber to do any plumbing work upon any premises owned by him/her or under his/her control, except as provided and prescribed in this Plumbing Code. (1957 Code §1127.17)
