(a) Type 1 - Journeyman Plumber's License. A journeyman plumber's license shall authorize the licensee to engage in, work at or supervise the trade or occupation of plumbing in the City, but shall not authorize the licensee to engage in the business of installing plumbing.
(b) Type 2 - Master Plumber's License. A master plumber's license shall authorize the licensee to engage in the business of installing of plumbing in buildings or other structures or on premises by or under the supervision of the licensee, for public hire or otherwise within the City.
