1123.03 JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER.

"Journeyman plumber" means a person who supervises, installs, alters or repairs plumbing systems, or parts thereof, as an employee, but does not furnish material or supplies, and who is registered and the legal possessor of a journeyman plumber's license, as provided for in this Plumbing Code.
