921.12 BURIAL OF INDIGENTS.

(a) It is hereby declared to be the policy of the City to randomly bury throughout Westwood Cemetery those indigent dead persons for which the City has the duty to assume burial expenses, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5113.15.

(b) The intent of this policy is to avoid the continuation or enlargement of a pauper's or potter's field in Westwood Cemetery.
