A. Code Adopted: A certain document, at least one (1) copy of which is on file in the Office of the Village Clerk of the Village of Oak Lawn, Cook County, Illinois, being marked and designated as the Illinois Plumbing Code (77 Ill. Admin. Code 890), as promulgated by the Illinois Department of Public Health, and any subsequent amendments adopted by the department thereto, is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code of the Village of Oak Lawn, Cook County, Illinois for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Plumbing Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made part of, as if fully set out in this section.
