Where any provisions of the international building code, 2018 edition, conflict with any provisions of this village code, the provisions of this village code shall prevail and shall be applied as the law of the village. The following sections and tables of said international building code, 2018 edition, are amended as follows:
Sections 1001 through 1029 of the international building code are amended in the same manner as sections 903 through 910 of the international fire code as set forth below.
Section 3001.0 Tests And Inspections - Is amended by adding a subsection 3001.5 which shall read as follows:
3001.5 - Inspection And Testing Fees. The fees associated with the testing and inspection of elevators shall be as follows:
