A. Building Officers Designated: The title "building officers" when used in this Chapter shall mean and include the Director of Office of Quality Control, the Chief of Police, the Health and Sanitation Officer and all inspectors and assistants, as provided for by the Board of Trustees.
B. Right of Entry Powers: Building officers and their duly authorized inspectors are hereby empowered, during reasonable hours, to lawfully enter upon any premises or into any building or structure, or portion thereof, whether completed or in process of construction, alteration or repair, when necessary to do so in performance of any duty imposed upon them by this Chapter or the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village, or any order or resolution of the Board of Trustees.
