5-4-1: IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED GENERALLY:
The Zoning and Planning Commission shall have the power to require one or more of the following improvements depending upon the nature and scope of the subdivision. The subdivider shall provide, at a minimum, those improvements that are not existing at the time of submission of the final plat and the subdivider shall be required to make provision for the installation of same in accordance with section 5-4A-5 of this chapter. Particular attention shall be given to means for disposition of stormwater and to the desirability of curb and gutter or other provision to prevent breakdown of pavement edges. The design, layout and carrying capacities of stormwater, sanitary sewer and water facilities shall recognize the future requirements of adjacent undeveloped areas.

Streetlights.
