Any person, or agents, employees, or contractors of such, who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists enforcement of any provision of this Title shall be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense; and each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
