A. Any party aggrieved by any decision of the Zoning and Planning Commission, within thirty (30) days thereafter, appeal therefrom to the Village Board and he shall file with the Village Clerk a written notice of appeal specifying the decision from which such appeal is taken.
B. Upon receiving notice of appeal, the Zoning and Planning Commission shall transmit to the Board of Trustees an official copy of the minutes and other supporting data in the case upon which the appeal is taken.
C. The Village Clerk shall schedule the appeal for appearance before the Village Board at the earliest reasonable meeting date which shall occur not less than seven (7) days, nor more than thirty (30) days after receipt of the appeal.
D. The Village Board shall take action on the appeal within sixty (60) days from its initial consideration. In the event the Village Board fails to act on the appeal within this sixty (60) day period, the matter shall be considered denied. (Ords. 79-2-5, 81-36-78, 92-11-45, 93-9-24, 19-16-66)
