A. All parcels of land not (re)subdivided in accordance with these provisions prior to the enactment of this Title shall be (re)subdivided prior to development or construction of buildings or structures thereon, in accordance with this Title.
B. No grading, building or construction of any kind relating to development of land, within the definition of "subdivision", shall be started except in accordance with this Title.
C. Construction of improvements shall be in accordance with this Title and the standard specifications for construction as promulgated by the Village.
D. Construction of buildings and dwellings shall be started only after issuance of building permits, and no building permit shall be issued prior to recording of the final plat in the manner hereinafter provided. (Ord. 79-2-5)
