5-1-7: SALE OR LEASE OF LOT:

It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale or lease or to lease for any time exceeding five (5) years, any lot or block within the Village or within any contiguous unincorporated territory within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the corporate limits of the Village before all the requirements of this Title have been complied with. (Ord. 79-2-5)
