5-1-6: INCORPORATION AND CONFORMANCE WITH VILLAGE PLAN:
   A.   This Title is hereby made a part of the Official Plan of the Village.
   B.   The subdivision shall conform to the Official Plan or the portions thereof existing, and shall not encroach upon areas designated in the Official Plan for future public facilities. (Ord. 79-2-5)
