5-1-3: SCOPE OF REGULATIONS:

This Title shall be applicable to all subdivisions and resubdivisions of land and areas subject to redevelopment within the corporate limits of the Village, and contiguous unincorporated territory not more than one and one-half (11/2) miles beyond the corporate limits of the Village and not included in any other municipality. (Ord. 79-2-5)
