The following is an example of the method used in citing the various provisions of the 1951 Municipal Code as said provisions are found in this Code. The appropriate amending ordinances are listed in numerical order following the 1951 Code citation: (1951 Code 2-9-6; Ords. 487, 76-7-12). In the 1951 Code reference, the first number indicates the Chapter, the second number indicates the Article and the third number indicates the section; also, the ordinance citations show only the ordinance number and not the date and section of the ordinance.
