Any person violating the provisions of this Section 3-1-8 shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00), nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), for each offense. In addition to said fine, any violation of any of the provisions of this Section 3-1-8 may be grounds for revocation of any license, permit or business regulation certificate issued by the Village to any such violator, and in relation thereto, the revocation provisions of Section 3-1-8-4 of this Chapter shall be applicable.
