A. As a condition of any business license, permit or business regulation certificate issued pursuant to this Code, the holder of said business license, permit or business regulation certificate shall be required to notify the Village's Department of Quality Control in the event that said business licensee, permittee or business regulation certificate holder is contacted by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency relative to any project or property located within the boundaries of the Village.
