The terms and provisions of this section shall not be made applicable to any activity carried on or operated by a governmental institution or jurisdiction or by any recognized eleemosynary institution or organization, except that said institutions, jurisdictions or organizations shall comply with conditions set forth in section 3-1-1-5 of this section 3-1-1.
