The Liquor and Tobacco Licensing Review Board shall perform such functions and duties as directed or requested by the liquor and tobacco commissioner in relation to the regulation of licensed activities, including, but not limited to, the following:
A. Review applications and the investigation of applicants for liquor licenses, and to submit findings and recommendations to the liquor commissioner setting forth its conclusions respecting such applications.
B. Review applications and the investigation of applicants for tobacco retail licenses, as defined under Title 3, Chapter 15, Section 1, and to submit findings and recommendations to the commissioner setting forth its conclusions respecting such applications.
C. Conduct disciplinary hearings and submit findings and recommendations to the commissioner setting forth its conclusions respecting the existence and nature of any violation of the Oak Lawn liquor code and the appropriate disciplinary action to be taken, if any.
D. Review and recommend changes of the Oak Lawn liquor code to the president and board of trustees. (Ords. 15-17-66, 19-16-63, 21-08-41)
