The commission may receive from the village an annual appropriation to be provided by the president and board of trustees. The commission shall be empowered to apply for, receive, and obtain monies, funds and grants from public and private resources upon approval of the board of trustees. The president and board of trustees must approve all expenditures recommended by the commission, and shall submit reports as may be designated by the village manager. (Ords. 14-28-66, 19-16-60)
