10-2-13: PENALTY:

Any person violating or failing to comply with any provision of this Chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. (Ords. 68-3-2, 68-12-33, 99-5-11)
