2-1-6: ADDITIONAL STAFF, DUTIES:
The Director of Community Development and Growth Management shall assign to the Commission such staff as is necessary to expedite and assist the work of the Commission. Such staff shall include a competent secretary, who shall be paid from the funds of the Village at a rate to be established as part of the Village's salary scale. The staff shall be responsible for but not limited to the following:
   A.   Keeping accurate records of the work of the Commission and carrying out required reporting functions.
   B.   Transmission of minutes to all other boards. All members of all boards specified in the Zoning Title are to receive minutes from all other boards.
   C.   Dissemination of all materials pertinent to assist the Zoning and Planning Commission in rendering its decisions.
   D.   Jointly submitting staff recommendations for all matters under the jurisdiction of the Zoning and Planning Commission. Said recommendations may be given in writing, orally or both.
   E.   Forwarding all recommendations of the Zoning and Planning Commission to the President and Board of Trustees.
   F.   Providing liaison between the Zoning and Planning Commission and all other boards.
   G.   Providing technical assistance and any data or research requested by the Commission.
   H.   Calling to the attention of the Commission, in writing, the need for additions or corrections to the Zoning Title and suggesting the contents of such additions and/or corrections. (Ords. 93-9-24, 19-16-66)
