A. Regular Meetings: Meetings shall be held at least monthly on the 1st and 3rd Mondays, except that the Commission may, by rule, provide for changing dates for seasonal reasons or in the event there is no pending business. The Village Manager and/or Director of Community Development may also request to call a meeting in order to ensure all pending petitions heard by this Commission in a timely manner.
B. Special Meetings: Special meetings may be called by the chairman or by any three (3) members of the Commission.
C. Open to the Public: All meetings of the Zoning and Planning Commission and its subcommittees shall be open meetings as required under the applicable statutes of the State 1 and the codes of the Village.
D. Minutes and Records: The Commission shall keep minutes of its proceedings, showing the vote of each member upon every question, or if absent or failing to vote, indicating that fact, and shall also keep records of its examinations and other official acts.
E. Robert's Rules of Order: In all cases not covered by the rules herein or where they are not applicable, the Commission shall be covered by parliamentary law as laid down in "Robert's Rules of Order" as revised. (Ords. 93-9-24, 19-16-66)
