2-1-1: COMMISSION ESTABLISHED, FUNCTION:

The basic functions of the Zoning and Planning Commission are to oversee the implementation of the Master Plan, to hear requests for deviations from the Master Plan and to decide on certain requests related thereto and/or to make recommendations to the Board of Trustees on such requests. Further, it shall be the function of the Zoning and Planning Commission to oversee the enforcement of the subdivision requirements of the Village . (Ords. 93-9-24, 19-16-66)
