Unless a penalty is otherwise expressly provided within this chapter, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
