A. Aid To Fire Department: It shall be lawful for the Fire Chief or other officer in command of any fire company to require the aid of any motor truck or automobile, or any citizen, inhabitant or bystander, in drawing or conveying any engine or fire apparatus to any fire, and in working and using the same while at a fire, and on refusal or neglect of any person to comply with such requisition, the offender shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
B. Obey Firemen: All persons in the vicinity of a fire or other emergency shall be subject to the orders of the company commander or other member of the Fire Department in charge. The company commander or other member in charge shall have the power to arrest any person refusing to obey lawful orders issued in accordance herewith and in the event any person shall persist in refusing to obey such orders, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
