7-1-7: BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION:

There is hereby established a Bureau of Fire Prevention. It shall consist of such officers, members, volunteers and employees as shall be provided for by ordinance.

The Bureau of Fire Prevention shall be under the direction and supervision of the Fire Chief, and all fire inspection work of the bureau shall be under his authority. (Ord. 77-15-20)
