A. Department Members: The Fire Chief and members of the Fire Department shall receive for their services such salary and compensation as shall be established by the Village.
B. Injured Firemen: Any member of the Fire Department sustaining an accidental injury arising out of, and in the course of, his employment or discharge of his duty shall be entitled to his usual salary during such time of temporary total disability, not to exceed a period of three (3) months, less the amount received by such injured fireman as workers' compensation benefits for temporary total disability.
