There is hereby created and established a department of the municipal government of the village which shall be known as the Oak Lawn fire department. The department shall include the fire chief, the bureau of fire prevention and such other members as may be provided for herein, and from time to time by ordinance. Active members of volunteer group or groups serving only on call are part of the fire department and are subject to all rules and regulations in such case made and provided. (Ord. 67-1-1)
