6-15-1: PERMITS REQUIRED:

No building or structure, or any part thereof, shall be erected, constructed, altered, repaired, remodeled, removed or excavated for without first obtaining all necessary permits for said erection, construction, alteration, repair, remodeling, removal or excavation, as required by this title.
