§ 138.16 MEDICAL MARIJUANA RETAIL DISPENSARY ESTABLISHMENTS PROHIBITED.

The retail dispensing of medical marijuana, even under a license issued under R.C. Chapter 3796, is prohibited within the village. The violation of this section is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
