§ 38.01 DEPARTMENT OF TAXATION AND TAX ADMINISTRATOR.
   (A)   A Department of Taxation is hereby established and the office of Administrator of the Department of Taxation is hereby created.
   (B)   The office of Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by a majority of the members of the Village Council. His or her duties shall be those outlined in this chapter and such other rules and regulations.
   (C)   The Administrator is authorized to hire a full-time clerk for the Department of Taxation and such part-time assistant clerks as are needed from time to time.
