§ 76.31 PROCEEDINGS AGAINST REGISTRATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE.
   In addition to any other penalty otherwise provided by law, if three or more judgments or default judgments have been entered against a person pursuant to § 76.29 and the person has not paid the judgments or default judgments within ten days of the date of entry of the third judgment, the Oak Harbor Parking Violations Bureau may give notice of that fact to the Registrar of Motor Vehicles. The notice, if given, shall be given not earlier than 16 days nor later than three years after the date of entry of the third judgment, and shall be in a form and manner, and contain such information, as the Registrar of Motor Vehicles prescribes. The provisions of R.C. § 4521.10 shall govern the vehicular registration issuance.
