Improving of State Route 105 on the West Water Street by the installation of modern highway automatic flashing light signals to replace existing wig-wag signals at the crossing of the Norfolk and Western Railway.
Determining to proceed with the improvement of Washington Street by paving Washington Street between Toussaint Street and Benton Street in the village.
Improvement of the passive signing in conformance with the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices, at all railroad-highway grade crossings within the village.

Improvement of State Route 19 (Locust Street) from 0.10 miles, south of State Route 163 to 1.09 miles, north of State Route 163 to rebuild the combination sewer underlying State Route 19 in the village and replace pavement removed from sewer rebuilding.
Improvement of State Route 19 from the north corporation line, east side of highway, SLM 4.55 to the north corporation line, west side of highway, SLM 4.60 to consist of resurfacing the pavement with asphalt concrete (Type 404).

Improvement of State Route 163 from west corporate line (SLM 13.18) to State Route 105 (SLM 13.81) to consist of grinding the existing pavement at the curb lines and resurfacing with asphalt concrete (Type 404).
Improvement of State Route 19 (Locust Street) from the south corporate line to an existing construction joint located .09 miles south of the north corporate line, total length of project being 1.24 miles more or less, to rehabilitate the existing pavement by grinding along the curb line, full width pavement overlay and the performance of other necessary work.
